Bookings: Coaching sessions are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours): No refund will be issued.
No‑shows: If you miss a session without notice, the fee is non‑refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
